The apartment is located on the second and last floor of a building with a few residential units. The entrance/hallway leads, on one side, to the bathroom (equipped with a shower cabin) and, on the other, to the large open space area furnished with a complete kitchen and a wall unit with 1 double bed (160x200) and 2 foldaway single beds (all equipped with orthopedic mattresses). The characteristic wooden balcony, which overlooks a street with little traffic, enjoys sunlight from the early hours of the morning thanks to its excellent exposure.

We are a few steps from Via Roma and Piazza Galimberti, where you will have the opportunity to stroll and shop in the numerous clothing shops, appreciate and purchase the products of local artisans, taste the products typical of the place and be at the center of the numerous events proposed by the City of Cuneo.

The historic center and the entire city of Cuneo can be easily visited on foot. And thanks to the famous arcades, you can walk along the main streets of the center even on rainy days. The beautiful Viale degli Angeli, where it is possible to take long walks or bike rides in complete safety thanks to its cycle-pedestrian paths, is just two blocks away. The panoramic lift, however, is a 2' walk from the structure and allows you to easily reach the Swimming Stadium and the House of the River, the gateway to the routes within the River Park.

Depending on the time of arrival, check-in can be carried out in person or in "self check-in" mode (note: please communicate your arrival time at the property with adequate notice).

- KITCHEN: the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, and is equipped with hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans
